Most filaments absorb moisture from the air readily. When moisture content goes up in a filament, the printability goes down and may lead to the filament becoming un-printable. The PrintDry filament dryer is an in-line filament dryer, which is designed to dry and to feed the filament into a 3D printer at the same time. The PrintDry unit can set up its temperature from 35-75C or 95-167F in order to dry different types of filaments, such as PLA, ABS, PETG, ASA, PP, PE, Nylon, PC, PET and TPU/TPE. It works with both 1.75 and 3 mm filaments. The PrintDry filament dryer is ETL and CE/TUV certified for electric device safety.
Dry While 3D Printing!
With a special turn-table design, a PrintDry filament dryer can directly feed the 1.75mm or 3mm filament into a 3D printer for 3D printing while drying. The PrintDry filament dryer works with any 3D printers as long as the filament can be fed from outside the printer’s enclosure.
Dry Additional Spools While 3D Printing!
While feeding and drying one spool in the lower compartment of the dryer, additional filament spools and/or desiccants can be dried in the upper compartment while printing. Plus, drop in your desiccant packs and dry them out at the same time!

I teach design engineering and I am doing it from home thanks to COVID. My machines are sitting in the garage, so humidity variance was horrible on my filament. I had been using a Dehydrator to dry prior to loading my machine, but this didn’t solve the issue of long prints of Nylon. Since moving filament to the Dryer Pro and printing directly I have not had a single failed print! When school starts on campus again, I will definitely invest my budget dollars in more Print Dry Pro’s.
